On 17th of April the project Let's clean up Slovenia in one day will get underway. This will be the biggest organized event of volunteers in the country so far. The main goal is to make a digital register and a national map of forbidden dumping grounds. Another aim is to get rid of 20.000 tons of illegaly dumped garbage. Nara Petrović from the Association of Ecologists without boundaries says that people should apply online on www.ocistimo.si, before coming to a specific location. This will enable them to place people on locations that are not far away from their home.
